Labour Voices

It was a great privilege to be asked by Labour film maker, Simon Baker, to take part in his Labour Voices series. My life is spent working with Disabled and vulnerable people whose experiences of austerity have been daunting. I've lost several friends to suicide over benefit delays and CCG decisions. I've also witnessed the humiliation and loss of benefits that PIP and capacity to work assessments are causing. As a parent of a Disabled child I know the frustrations,

sacrifices and struggles SEN children and their parents go through. The list is endless and this video is a tribute to them. Sadly Simon Baker died a few days after this video was made. His films are his legacy.
